연구실 소개
본 연구실은 단백질 간섭 기술 개발 및 이를 이용한 in vivo 유전자 발현 조절 연구를 위한 제브라피쉬 동물모델 개발 연구를 진행하고 있다. Light-sheet microscopy/Selective Plane Illumination Microscopy (SPIM)와 confocal microscopy를 포함한 첨단 이미징 정밀분석시스템을 이용하여 제브라피쉬 배아발생 및 질병모델 연구의 장점을 극대화하고, 다양한 행동 분석 시스템을 통해 뇌발달 및 뇌질환 연구를 진행하고 있다. 또한 제브라피쉬 동물모델을 이용한 환경 독성 물질 규명 및 관련 뇌발달 장애 연구, 질병동물모델 개발 및 질병기전 연구, 치료 약물 및 화장품 재료 개발을 위한 생체 유효성 및 독성 테스트를 단독 및 공동 연구를 통해 폭 넓게 진행하고 있다.
